We use ART RESIN brand epoxy in this workshop - a very common product used in the arts, popular due to its safe and non-toxic, low VOC nature. This resin has a very mild smell, it will not harm anyone through exposure, scent or even touching the skin. I also provide gloves and use proper ventilation.

The workshop takes place at the Cook Street Activity Centre - in Cook street village. There is free parking available. 380 Cook St, Victoria BC.

The Resin Fundamentals Workshop is a deep dive into the technical and creative foundations of abstract art using resin. You’ll learn how to properly mix and pour clear coats, integrate other mediums, troubleshoot issues like bubbles or curing problems, and master the design principles that allow you to use resin intentionally in your abstract paintings and mixed-media work.

The Holiday Resin Workshop, on the other hand, is a seasonal creative experience designed for fun, color, and play. In that class, you’ll add paints and pigments to resin to create beautiful gifts and decorative pieces — but the emphasis is on crafting and experimentation, not fine-art composition.
