It’s where you learn how resin actually works — how to mix and pour clear coats properly, add other mediums, prevent bubbles and curing issues, and use resin intentionally as part of your art practice. It’s designed for artists who want to expand their creative range and explore resin as a powerful medium for abstract expression and fine art.

We use ART RESIN brand epoxy in this workshop - a very common product used in the arts, popular due to its safe and non-toxic, low VOC nature. This resin has a very mild smell, it will not harm anyone through exposure, scent or even touching the skin. I also provide gloves and use proper ventilation.

The workshop takes place at the Rockslide Gallery - 780 Blanshard street, at the corner of Fairfield road and Blanshard street. There is meter parking on the street, and various paid lots within a few blocks of the workshop location.
