"Little Dancer"

After the call of the forest has been answered, the little dancer arrives. She opens her arms to the canopy of the trees, breathes in the warm, fresh air, her senses singing. She takes off her shoes and with her bare feet, skips across the rocks peeking out from the river, heading into the thick ferns. The hot sun kisses her skin as she watches insects flicker in the air. She joins the orchestra of nature, dancing with joy. She is home.
