Local artist Andrea Soos was looking at her pile of canvases that, for whatever reason, didn’t make it to the finish line. She talked it over with friends, and together they came up with a plan to compile a POTLUCK of artists to take all of those “failed paintings” and to take on the challenge of creating something new from something old.

This is a testament to the over abundance of camaraderie we all share to one another as artists in the city of Victoria. This is not a competition. it’s a coming together to create new work and push boundaries.

Show ingredients:
• a few old canvasses
• a handful of creative friends
• a dash of willingness
• many mediums
• LOVE for the process and to be a part of something bigger than ourselves

Join us October 2nd 5:00-7:00 for an opening at the Northern Quarter. Show will stay up until November 2nd.
